Policy for one-day bookings

• Kool Werk offers coworking bookings for one day, in hot  desk format,  which you can reserve through our website.
   

• Booking a Day means occupying any available seat in the hot desk area, with prior reservation for the date and time of arrival. Our operating hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
   

• The check-in time interval is between 9 am and 12 pm.
   

• To complete a booking, we will collect your details via the form in the Book a Day section, in accordance with our privacy policy. We reserve the right to contact you to ask for extra information if the data you provided is incorrect or incomplete. 
   

• Cancellations are possible up to 12 hours before the reservation. To cancel or reschedule a reservation, you must log into your account created on our website and access the My Bookings section of your profile. If you choose to cancel a reservation we will keep  a 10% commission from your payment .
   

• After making a booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing instructions on how to reach the venue. You will receive a PIN for the entrance at the reception. 
   

• You will receive your tax invoice by email within one week after booking online.
